I am a highly motivated, reliable and responsible person with 6 years post graduate experience as a physiotherapist. I have excellent communication skills which allows me to build strong rapports with my patients and give them an understanding of their conditions and how best to manage them. Through experience I have developed excellent clinical reasoning skills for a great variety of clinical presentations including in management of orthopaedic, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. I am used to working in high pressure environments and am very calm under pressure. I am autonomous in my practice and able to work effectively as part of a team or individually.
Band 7 Physiotherapy Team Lead for the rehabilitation unit at Hemel Hempstead Hospital (Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust). I carry a complex clinical caseload of patients with a variety of orthopaedic, neurological and general medical diagnoses as well as manage a team of 8 Therapists and Rehabilitation Assistants.
