My Profile Summary

I discovered physiotherapy later in life, and that timing has shaped the way I work: with determination, gratitude, and a genuine drive to succeed. Entering the profession as a mature graduate has given me a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for the privilege of supporting people through their most vulnerable moments.
I developed a particular passion for pelvic health, and since qualifying I have successfully run my own clinic while navigating two pregnancies, postpartum recovery, and raising two energetic sons. Balancing motherhood with clinical practice has strengthened my resilience, organisation, and empathy — qualities that directly enhance my work with clients.
Before physiotherapy, I built a rich and varied career across property management, cruise ships, and international hospitality, giving me a breadth of life experience that many clinicians don’t have. I’ve lived and worked in Thailand, Spain, and Portugal, adapting quickly to new cultures, languages, and ways of life. These experiences have shaped me into a flexible, confident communicator who thrives in diverse environments.
What I may lack in years of physiotherapy experience, I more than make up for in maturity, adaptability, and real‑world understanding. My background allows me to connect with people from all walks of life, and my clinical work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and evidence‑based practice.
My husband and I are passionate travellers, and as a family we are ready for a new chapter — one that allows us to build a life outside the UK and give our children a global upbringing. I am seeking a physiotherapy role that offers long‑term relocation, professional growth, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a new community.
I bring dedication, cultural awareness, strong clinical reasoning, and a genuine commitment to pelvic health and women’s wellbeing. I am eager to continue developing as a clinician, to learn from new teams and healthcare systems, and to bring my enthusiasm and life experience to a service that values compassionate, patient‑centred care.
