My Profile Summary - Please contact me for an up-to-date copy of my resume:

I am a 6-year qualified physiotherapist currently working in the Wellington region at a private practice and looking to relocate. I completed my training in 2013 at Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland where I am originally from.

I have experience in public and private musculoskeletal clinics as well as in Hospital work in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. I hold a current practicing certificate and work visa for Physiotherapy here in New Zealand.

I have a background in musculoskeletal injuries and sports throughout my career and have an interest in sports, my skills, traits and experience include:
• 6-years work of manual therapy, exercise prescription, advice and education/injury prevention as treatment methods. Skills to tailor a patient’s treatment to suit their specific sporting, activity and leisure goals as well as basic pain management.
• 3-years working in rugby back in Scotland part-time and 2 of these years were at premiership level.
• I have been working in New Zealand for over 1-year now in private practice in which I have learned about ACC and use gensolve practice manager in my current role.
• A good background in mobility, strength and conditioning through my work but also love of sport. I myself was a dancer and trained judo growing up. I now enjoy running, swimming and weightlifting.

I also find that my time spent working in the hospital sector, particularly surgical hands and orthopaedic rehabilitation has given me transferable skills for private practice. At my current role I have built up a good cliental and have enjoyed working there with people from different background who enjoy lots of sports. I am keen learner and have an interest in developing skills in post-natal, woman’s health and Pilates.
