Location: Randwick Sydney, Australia About Us: Physio Posture Fitness Randwick is a leading physiotherapy clinic established over 28years. We are a small team passionate about helping clients of all ages and levels of fitness. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physiotherapist with expertise in managing a wide range of musculoskeletal problems with a combination of hands-on and exercise approach to treatment. Role Overview: This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele base, utilising therapies such as RSWT & RTUS as well as using hands-on techniques. The ideal candidate will have had experience in both clinical assessment and treatment, able to set up exercise programmes and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a Team. Key Responsibilities: • Provide current exercise & physiotherapy treatment for a variety of conditions, including neck, back, knee, ankle, and shoulder pain. • Design and implement cognitive training programmes for clients (we provide training in Neurofitness skills for the successful candidate) • Develop appropriate strength training programmes for clients for both treatment & rehab • Utilise advanced technologies & Therapies such as: o Radial Shock Wave Therapy for tendinopathies and chronic pain. o Low-Level Laser Therapy for pain management and chronic conditions. • Acupuncture or Dry Needling. • Run small group exercise sessions for clients of all ages and fitness levels. • Be able to market self and communicate effectively with clients and team members to develop own clientele base Required Skills and Qualifications: • A degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration. • An additional degree in EP or Exercise & Sports Science is an advantage to this role • Proficiency in assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, including neck, back, knee, shoulder, and ankle pain. • Experience in Acupuncture, Dry Needling or Radial Shock Wave Therapy • Taping skills • Strong communication with clients and the Team • Experience in exercise programming Additional Experience • Expertise in treating TMJ - we offer this Training through Physiotherapy Coaching Academy at our Clinic • Experience working with a diverse client base, from teenagers to individuals over 90 years old. • A passion for continuous learning Why Join Us? • Be part of a supportive, collaborative, and innovative team environment. • Work with advanced physiotherapy technologies and methodologies. • Opportunities for ongoing professional development and learning • Competitive salary and benefits package.
