Our clinics are fast paced, friendly and internationally focused - and this winter, we're looking for enthusiastic early career physiotherapists to join our teams across our multiple winter clinic locations. If you’ve ever wanted to live in the snow, ski before work, treat a high volume of snow sport injuries, learn the latest in ACL protocols, and eat ramen, then do it all again tomorrow - then listen up! In this Hybrid role, you’ll be working alongside experienced clinicians in a high-volume snow sport environment - independently assessing and treating MSK injuries, learning ACL protocols from some of the best in the business, and mixed shifts also including delivering therapeutic or sports massages. Here’s the details: - Work, live and gain experience in Japan’s most renowned ski resorts - Niseko, Hakuba, Myoko, Rusutsu + more - Balanced shifts so you can enjoy the snow and the lifestyle in Japan - Hands-on mentorship from experienced Physiotherapists, and Dr Tom Cross! - Exposure to a high volume of snow sport injuries - a caseload you won’t find in any other early-career role - Join a team who made the mountains their workplace and winter their way of life - Staff accommodation available close to work and ski lifts - Organised transport to help you access the town, shops, ski slopes and more - Social activities, staff parties, dinners and more! This is a seasonal role and applicants must be available for the full season: December 2026 to April 2027 Job Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (Australia, UK and New Zealand trained Physiotherapists preferred, with relevant AHPRA, HCPC or PBNZ registration required) - Minimum 1 year of experience in private practice, sports settings, and/or treating musculoskeletal conditions - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - A proactive, customer-first attitude with a willingness to help in all aspects of the clinic - Fluent in English (verbal and written) - Adaptable and comfortable living in shared accommodation - Have or are eligible for a Working Holiday Visa or valid work permit in Japan (please ensure you meet the eligibility criteria before submitting your application) - Have or are eligible for an International Driving Permit in Japan If this sounds like the role you've been waiting for, we'd love to hear from you.
