The space consists of:
* A spacious front room suitable for consultations, reception, storage or additional treatments
* A separate private rear treatment room
* Space for two treatment beds
* Access to the studio reception area, kitchen, WC and shower facilities
* Secure access within an established professional premises
* Potential opportunities for referrals from gym members and personal-training clients
It would suit an established physiotherapist, beauty or aesthetics practitioner, massage therapist, osteopath or another suitable health and wellness professional looking for a consistent long-term base.
Full-time monthly rental preferred.
Available from mid October 2026.
Rent: approximately £1,400–£1500 per month.
