Experienced Physiotherapist and Rehabilitation Leader with 13+ years of clinical experience in tertiary healthcare, specialising in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological, post-operative and acute rehabilitation. Progressed from Physiotherapist to Senior Physiotherapist and Rehabilitation Director, with strong expertise in evidence-based clinical practice, complex patient management, multidisciplinary rehabilitation and physiotherapy team supervision.
Experienced in developing and implementing rehabilitation programmes, coordinating multidisciplinary care, mentoring physiotherapists, and contributing to quality improvement and accreditation initiatives. Currently leading a 50-member multidisciplinary rehabilitation team and overseeing service development, operational efficiency and patient-centred care.
Holds a Master of Physiotherapy in Musculoskeletal & Sports Physiotherapy, with additional certifications in Spinal Manual Therapy, Kinetic Control, Shoulder Rehabilitation, Explain Pain and Graded Motor Imagery. Currently pursuing an MBA in Healthcare Administration and actively involved in physiotherapy education and clinical mentoring.
