We're Hiring: Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist & Massage Therapist (3 Days/Week) Annual Salary Range: £38,500 – £45,000 (For 3 Days) W6 Physiotherapy – Hammersmith, West London Are you a passionate, driven physiotherapist ready to take your MSK skills to the next level in a supportive, progressive clinic? W6 Physiotherapy is looking for a self-employed Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who is also confident delivering massage therapy/manual therapy treatments to join our vibrant, highly skilled team in West London. Whether you’re already experienced or an emerging expert, this is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your practice. We pride ourselves on combining hands-on clinical expertise with data-informed rehabilitation, using objective testing and advanced technology including force plates and handheld dynamometry to guide treatment progression and improve patient outcomes. Your Role You’ll be working with an active, diverse population across a range of MSK presentations, using your clinical reasoning to: Assess, diagnose, and treat MSK conditions with autonomy and confidence Deliver hands-on sports/deep tissue massage treatments Design personalised rehabilitation programmes Interpret clinical findings and objective rehab data Utilise force plate testing and strength metrics to support return-to-function and return-to-sport decision making Liaise with consultants, GPs, and other allied health professionals in a collaborative environment Maintain accurate, professional patient records and follow-up plans Contribute to our growing reputation for evidence-based, patient-centred care Clinical Skills You'll Use and Grow Essential Requirements You must have: Minimum 1 years post-grad MSK experience (UK-based) Experience providing massage therapy and registration with UK professional body Public Liability Insurance & DBS (CRB) clearance CSP & HCPC registration Eligible to work in the UK (we cannot sponsor visas) Sole trader account (self-employed status) What We Offer Competitive pay on a commission basis Annual Salary Range: £38,500 – £45,000 Bonus: Performance-based bonus of up to 3% of total annual revenue Flexible working (16–24 clinical hours/week) Immediate start available Benefits: - Access to in-house Radial Shockwave, Force Plates, PPS software, Physiotec, Handheld Dynamometers. - Sports MAP Education Platform membership – world-class sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation education featuring masterclasses, workshops, podcasts, and evidence-based learning from leading international clinicians - Regular CPD opportunities/events - Access to a strong referral network of Consultants and Specialists Apply Now!
