SPORT DIMENSIONS CHISWICK
Physiotherapist —full-time Chiswick & Blackfriars, London | HCPC registered | Competitive salary Most physios in their first couple of years feel like they're figuring it out alone. No real framework. Vague feedback, if any. No idea whether they're actually improving or just getting busier. Your degree gave you the foundation. The clinic you join next shapes the therapist you become. About us Sport Dimensions is one of west London's most respected clinics, treating elite athletes, weekend warriors and everyone in between. Our founder, Mikael Porath Petersen, has worked with some of the biggest names in sport, We're growing to five locations by 2030. We're not looking for someone who already has all the answers. We're looking for the attitude, the people skills and the drive to become genuinely excellent. The role You won't arrive knowing everything, and you're not expected to. From day one you'll have a world-class mentorship programme, a proven clinical framework, and a team invested in making you brilliant. Treat patients using the Sport Dimensions Approach — fully trained from the start, so you're never guessing Build real relationships: understand your patients' lives, goals, and what getting better actually means to them Weekly in-service training that's structured, clinical and genuinely useful Monthly 1-to-1 development meetings with senior clinicians Full access to the Go-To Therapist Mentorship and Master Clinician Programme, worth over £4,500 a year, fully funded Keep clear, accurate clinical records Contribute to quarterly team planning days Fixed shift pattern. Evenings and Saturdays (8am–4pm) required, plus occasional Sundays for events and promotions. This is you if You're a recent graduate or newly qualified physiotherapist, HCPC-registered People are genuinely your thing. Patients feel heard, not processed, and you remember the details that matter ("how did the half-marathon go?") You're hungry to learn and take feedback as a gift, not a verdict You apply what you've learned the next day, not eventually You want to be stretched, not comfortable, and you show up the same way whether anyone's watching or not You bring energy, pick up slack unasked, and celebrate other people's wins This isn't you if You want to coast, or you find feedback hard to take on board Patients are a list to get through rather than people to connect with You can't commit to evenings and weekends You see this as a short-term stop while something else comes together What success looks like 30 days: you know the team and the systems, you're applying the methodology with support, and your patients leave with a plan they believe in. 60 days: you're using the Approach with confidence. Patients are engaged and progressing. 90 days: your clinical thinking is sharper, you're hitting head physio standards, patients rebook because they trust you, and you can see exactly where you're going next. What you get Mentorship and CPD that most clinics don't come close to offering, fully funded. Weekly training. Monthly development meetings. A real pathway to full-time with clear criteria, not a vague promise. A tight, high-performing team with no corporate politics. Competitive salary based on experience, company pension, and quarterly planning days across London. Why this matters We can teach you the clinical framework. We can't teach you to care. If you already do, and you want the best possible environment to become excellent, we should talk. How to apply Apply above. We'll review within 7 working days. Show us you're a natural with people, genuinely eager to be coached, and honest about where you are now.
