MSK Physiotherapist | Private Practice | Flexible Part-Time

Location: KTB Physiotherapy, Hereford (with occasional home visits) Hours: Initially 1–2 days per week (approximately 12–15 clinical hours) with flexibility around working days. There is excellent potential to increase hours and develop into a long-term associate role. You'll be joining an established clinic with a loyal patient base, modern treatment facilities and the opportunity to develop your own caseload. Due to maternity leave, we are looking for an enthusiastic MSK Physiotherapist to join the team, with genuine potential for the role to continue long-term. The Role: You'll assess and treat a varied private musculoskeletal caseload, delivering high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy using a combination of hands-on treatment, education and exercise rehabilitation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys clinical autonomy while working within a supportive practice. Whether you're already experienced in private practice or looking to develop your skills further, you'll be encouraged to grow your confidence and build lasting relationships with your patients. Essential Requirements: * HCPC Registered Physiotherapist * Chartered Member of the CSP * Confident assessing and managing a musculoskeletal caseload independently * Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills * Friendly, professional and motivated approach to patient care * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Desirable Skills: * Musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience (NHS and/or private practice) * Experience within private practice * APPI Pilates qualification * Acupuncture or Dry Needling qualification * Manual therapy skills * Interest in exercise rehabilitation and strength & conditioning What We Offer: * Established patient list from day one * Competitive self-employed hourly rate (£35–£45 per hour, depending on experience) * Flexible working days and hours * Fully equipped treatment rooms * Administrative support * Clinical autonomy * Friendly and supportive working environment * Opportunity to build a long-term caseload beyond maternity cover * Ongoing clinical support and mentoring where required
