Senior MSK Physiotherapist – Bournemouth

Lyfe Helath

Senior MSK Physiotherapist – Bournemouth Lyfe Health – Bournemouth OTE up to £54,000 | £42,000 to £44,000 FTE basic salary + performance bonus + funded professional development + peak/weekend payments Permanent | Part-time or full-time | 21 to 39 hours per week Ready for your next step in private MSK practice? Lyfe Health is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Senior MSK Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Bournemouth. This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of your clinical caseload, work with a broad range of private MSK clients, contribute to the development of other clinicians and play an active role in shaping a growing private MSK service. For the right clinician, this is much more than simply another physiotherapy role. We offer a clear long-term career pathway towards Consultant Physiotherapist, clinical leadership and potential future Joint Venture Partnership opportunities. About Lyfe Health At Lyfe Health, we help people feel better, move better and perform better so they can live their best. We take time to understand what each client wants to return to, create a clear plan and help them make measurable progress throughout their recovery. Our approach combines clinical expertise, education, objective assessment and progressive rehabilitation within a warm and welcoming environment. Why join Lyfe Health? You will work within a large and supportive multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, sports therapists, massage therapists, rehabilitation specialists and experienced support staff. • Access to experienced Consultant Physiotherapists • Regular case discussion and shared learning • Support with complex clinical decisions • Opportunities to mentor and develop other clinicians • A strong internal referral network • Opportunities to contribute to clinical training and service development • Training to integrate MRI, Reformer Pilates, nutrition and advanced rehabilitation services into appropriate client pathways • Clear career progression within a growing healthcare business You will benefit from the resources and opportunities of an established organisation while remaining part of a close, collaborative clinic team. More than a traditional treatment-room role Our Bournemouth clinic is designed to support modern private MSK practice, with access to specialist services, rehabilitation technology and a multidisciplinary team. • MRI and diagnostic imaging pathways • HumanTrak 3D movement analysis • ForceFrame objective strength testing • IDD Therapy (Spinal Decompression) • Footscan® gait and plantar-pressure analysis • Custom foot orthotics • Shockwave therapy • Reformer Pilates • Joint and soft-tissue injection services • Fully equipped rehabilitation facilities • Modern treatment rooms These services give you the opportunity to assess, treat, rehabilitate and objectively retest clients throughout their recovery rather than working within a traditional treatment-room-only model. Training and development We expect our Senior Physiotherapists to join us with strong MSK assessment, diagnosis, clinical reasoning, treatment and rehabilitation skills. We do not expect you to arrive with experience in all of our specialist services. Your development can be tailored to your experience and career goals and may include: • Advanced MSK assessment and complex-case management • HumanTrak movement analysis • ForceFrame testing and interpretation • Footscan® assessment and custom orthotic prescription • IDD Therapy (Spinal Decompression) • Shockwave therapy and patient selection • Reformer Pilates within rehabilitation • MRI and diagnostic imaging pathways • Clinical leadership and mentoring • Funded postgraduate development through the Society of Musculoskeletal Medicine • Progression towards joint and soft-tissue injection therapy • Funded postgraduate CPD supported by clinical supervision and practical development within professional scope
