About the role: Epsom Osteopaths is a well-established clinic in the heart of Surrey, and we are excited to be relaunching and growing our physiotherapy offering. We have successfully run physio services before and are now committed to building it back into a core part of what we do — we want the right person to grow with us. This is a part-time position offering 2–3 six-hour shifts per week, ideally on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and alternate Saturdays. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist seeking flexibility, clinical autonomy, and a genuine stake in building something meaningful. What you will be doing: Assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of musculoskeletal and sports injuries Delivering individualised treatment plans and rehabilitation programmes Working collaboratively with our osteopaths and wider clinic team where appropriate Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records Helping to shape and grow the physiotherapy service as part of a wider multidisciplinary team What we are looking for: HCPC-registered physiotherapist in good standing Minimum 1 year's experience in private practice — you should be confident working independently from day one CSP membership preferred Confident assessing and managing a general outpatient/MSK caseload Self-motivated and comfortable working with a degree of autonomy within a supportive team Excellent communication skills and a patient-centred approach Own professional indemnity insurance (or willingness to arrange this) What we offer: Competitive 50/50 revenue split from day one, reviewed as the service grows A fully equipped clinical space within an established, well-regarded Surrey clinic A regular, flexible schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance The opportunity to work alongside experienced osteopaths in a multidisciplinary setting A real chance to help build and shape a growing physiotherapy service from an early stage
