Senior MSK Physiotherapist | 4 Day Week | Private Practice Pro-Form Physio & Fitness – Bexleyheath Full-Time Employed Position £38,500 – £46,000 per annum depending on experience and clinical skill set _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Looking for a private MSK role with realistic clinical workloads, protected admin time and a genuine 4 day working week? Pro-Form Physio & Fitness is a growing private physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic based in Bexleyheath, combining hands-on physiotherapy with progressive gym-based rehabilitation in a modern private practice setting. We are looking for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join our team in a full-time employed role within a supportive, rehab-focused clinic that prioritises quality care over high volume patient turnover. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys combining hands on treatment with exercise rehabilitation, values clinical autonomy and wants to work within a positive and sustainable private practice environment. What We Offer 4 day compressed working week: Monday - Thursday Fridays off No weekends Protected paid admin time built into every working day Longer appointment times and realistic clinical workloads Fully equipped rehab gym Strong admin and operational support Assisted clinical note systems to reduce admin burden Ability to increase pay with over time on days off and weekends. CPD allowance to support clinician development in specialist interests Supportive team environment focused on collaboration and patient outcomes The Role You will manage a varied caseload of private and insurance patients at our Bexleyheath clinic, providing: Comprehensive MSK assessments Hands-on manual therapy Individualised rehabilitation programmes Exercise prescription and gym-based rehabilitation Acupuncture / dry needling (if qualified) Clear treatment planning and patient education High-quality clinical documentation and communication We are particularly interested in clinicians who are confident managing private MSK caseloads and who enjoy building strong long-term patient relationships through high quality hands on treatment, structured rehabilitation and patient-centred care. Essential Requirements BSc or MSc Degree in Physiotherapy HCPC and CSP registered Minimum 2-3 years UK MSK experience Confident hands-on/manual therapy approach Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Excellent organisational and documentation standards Ability to work independently within a private practice setting Professional, reliable and patient-focused approach Ability to commute to Bexleyheath clinic (postcode - DA7) Desirable Skills (Not Essential) Sports massage qualification Strength & conditioning or gym-based rehabilitation experience Interest in specialist services such as: Shockwave therapy Women’s health Pilates Working Structure 37 hours per week across 4 days Protected non-clinical/admin time is built into each working day to support clinical standards, documentation and patient care.
