We’re looking for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join our busy private practice. You’ll manage a varied caseload ranging from general MSK presentations through to high-performing athletes, with a strong focus on exercise-led rehabilitation and hands-on clinical excellence. You’ll work in a modern facility with a private gym, fully equipped strength & conditioning space, and an Anti-Gravity Treadmill (AlterG). We have established links with rugby and multiple local sporting facilities, so you’ll have regular exposure to sports injuries and performance rehab. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for private MSK patients Design and progress individualised rehab programmes for: - General population MSK conditions - Sporting injuries - Athletic performance rehab and return-to-sport planning Provide excellent hands-on therapy where appropriate, alongside an exercise-first approach Manage your own caseload and clinical diary efficiently Maintain clear, accurate clinical notes and professional communication Work collaboratively with our in-house team and external sporting partners (e.g., clubs, coaches, gyms) Essential Requirements - HCPC registration (required) - Proven experience working in private MSK practice (or equivalent MSK-heavy setting) - Strong competence in exercise prescription and rehab programme design - Confident managing a mixed caseload including sports injuries - Professional, personable, and able to work autonomously Desirable (Advantageous) - Strong hands-on therapy background - Experience with acupuncture and/or dry needling - Previous experience working with athletes / return-to-sport frameworks - Interest or experience in strength & conditioning / performance rehab What We Offer A high-quality clinical environment with outstanding rehab facilities: - Full gym + strength & conditioning equipment - Alter G treadmill A steady flow of private MSK and sports injury referrals Close links with rugby and local sporting communities Supportive team culture with opportunities to develop specialist interests CPD support + progression opportunities
