Senior Physiotherapist, Pilates & Rehab Specialist

Four Sides London

About Four Sides London At Four Sides, we are more than just a clinic—we are a community hub. Based in the heart of Battersea, we’ve created a space where people come to meet, feel good, and proactively enhance their musculoskeletal health. Our philosophy—Move, Feel, Live Stronger—is built on an integrated approach where clinical expertise meets the energy of a boutique wellness studio. Whether a client is recovering from surgery or training for a marathon, they are part of a social, inspiring environment designed to build long-term physical resilience. The Role We are seeking a clinically elite, independent Senior Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is designed for a practitioner who thrives on a "hybrid" model: delivering high-level clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment in a private room, while leading high-energy, progressive group or 1:1 exercise in our studios. Beyond clinical delivery, you will act as an ambassador for Four Sides, building vital professional relationships with consultants, GPs, and local referrers to ensure a seamless circle of care for our community. Key Responsibilities Delivering clinical excellence in hands on treatment & rehab: Manage a mixed and dynamic MSK caseload with a deep understanding of pain science and evidence-based rehabilitation. Combine expert manual therapy techniques with accurate exercise prescription to achieve efficient, lasting results. Teaching small group reformer Pilates, and Strength & Considionting classes: Create and lead motivating, physio-led classes (Reformer Pilates and Strength & Conditioning) that cater to small, diverse groups (5:1) for those recovering from injury, injury prevention or just maintaining strength & flexibility. Building & maintaining a referral network: Proactively build and maintain relationships with consultants and external referrers to grow your reputation and the clinic’s reach. Self-Employed Autonomy: Manage your own professional practice within our framework. You will be responsible for your personal tax submissions to HMRC. Practice Management: While you will have the full support of our excellent admin team for bookings and front-of-house, you will remain actively involved in managing your schedule to ensure a dynamic, high-performing caseload. About You Experienced Clinician: More than 3 years experience in a private MSK environment with the ability to work independently. Expert Instructor: Proficient in teaching Reformer Pilates and Strength & Conditioning, with the ability to create "progressive" classes that keep clients coming back. Confident communicator: Open and professional, with the confidence to communicate with clients, your team mates, medical consultants and the local community. Team Player: Happy to work in a collaborative, social yet professional environment where we share knowledge and support one another. Compensation & Benefits Earning Potential: On a 35–40 hour schedule, we expect a dedicated clinician to quickly build a caseload and earn £6,500–£8,000 per month before tax. Established caseload: You will be taking over an existing patient base from a fully booked physiotherapist, meaning there is excellent opportunity to build a full diary quickly. Clinical Mentorship & Growth: We are committed to your professional development and will offer you; 1:1 Clinical Supervision: Dedicated sessions to discuss complex cases, refine your manual skills, and map out your career progression. Peer Learning: Regular collaborative sessions to share evidence-based insights and stay at the forefront of MSK health. Team Teaching: Opportunities to co-lead classes, allowing for real-time feedback and the sharing of unique movement cues and techniques. If you are a high-level clinician who loves movement and wants to be a pillar of the Battersea health community we'd love to hear from you.
