The Forge Clinic is a well- established (since 1995) busy MSK and Health clinic in the heart of Richmond Upon Thames. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our professional team. We offer a multi-disciplinary approach at The Forge Clinic with a team of 19 practitioners, including Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Clinical Exercise Therapists, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, Nutritionist and Hypnotherapist. The role is best suited to a therapist who is keen to be part of a dynamic team, offering the very best in patient care. We are looking for a part- time Physiotherapist for 3 days per week. This role may sit well with someone looking for some additional hours in a clinical environment and there is potential to increase these hours once you have an established patient list. Knowledge and Experience Essential requirements; - Qualified Chartered Physiotherapist (CSP) with HCPC registration. - Minimum 2 years’ experience as an MSK Physiotherapist. - Valid DBS check within the last 2 years. - Valid UK work permit, we are unable to facilitate any sponsorship applications. - Excellent assessment, clinical and rehabilitation skills. - Ability to develop and review treatment plans incorporating goal setting. - Excellent patient care and rapport building. - Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills - Work well within a team environment and willing to contribute to the practice. - Adhere to the HCPC standards and code of conduct. - Excellent time management skills, ensuring medical notes, treatment plans, insurance documents and letters are dealt with in a timely manner. - Contribution to the practice’s social media and website content. Desirable requirements; - Neurology experience - Experience in Shockwave Therapy. The role includes regular CPD events with internal and external speakers, and opportunities with the Forge Team. You would be treating on a self- employed/ contractor basis and would be required to maintain appropriate insurance to carry out treatments with payment based on a commission structure of fees earned. We will assess applicants in both clinical ability and communication skills during the interview process.
