Senior MSK Associate Physiotherapist (Private Practice Experienced | Self-Employed / Fee-Split) Job Description Location: West Wickham, South East London / Kent border Position Type: Self-employed Associate (Part-time / Flexible sessions) Remuneration: Competitive fee-split percentage (based on experience) Caseload: Mixed self-pay and private medical insurance (PMI) About the Role: The Artemis Clinic is an established, Care Quality Commission-registered multidisciplinary health clinic in West Wickham. We are seeking an experienced, autonomous Senior MSK Physiotherapist to take over and expand an existing, steady stream of private and insured musculoskeletal referrals. This is an autonomous associate role within a modern, multi-room clinical environment supported by full reception and online booking management. Please note: This role is for an established, autonomous clinician. It is not a training post and is not suitable for newly qualified practitioners. Candidate Requirements: • Local / Established Commute (Essential): Must already be living within an easy, reliable commuting distance of West Wickham (Bromley, Croydon, South East London, North Kent). This role is not suitable for applicants looking to relocate. • Private Practice Experience (Essential): Prior, demonstrable clinical experience working within the UK (or equivalent overseas, e.g., AHPRA-registered) private outpatient sector is essential. You must be confident with private patient retention, rebooking etiquette, and commercial clinical standards. • Clinical Experience: Minimum 4+ years post-graduate (with at least 1-2 years in private practice). • Autonomous Caseload Management: Confident managing self-paying clients and private medical insurance (Bupa, Aviva, Vitality, etc.) from assessment through complete rehabilitation. • Professional Registrations: Current HCPC registration, CSP membership, and individual professional indemnity insurance.
