Atelier108 is a private, appointment-only movement studio in Pimlico, SW1, operating one-to-one over two floors with the premises held for a single client at a time. The practice is currently movement-based. We are establishing a clinical arm alongside it and are seeking one musculoskeletal physiotherapist to develop that work. There is no existing caseload to inherit; the clinical practice would be built from the outset, within a studio that is already established and fully equipped. This will not suit anyone seeking to step into a full diary. It may suit a practitioner who has wanted a clinical practice of their own, without a lease, a fit-out or the overhead that accompanies both. APPOINTMENT EXPECTATIONS Preference for 60 min appointment structure. Alongside Clinical assessment there is an expectation of hands-on work, and of apparatus-based and functional rehabilitation; how the hour is used is your clinical judgement. It is not a model of brief assessment followed by an exercise sheet, and will not suit a practitioner accustomed to twenty-minute appointments. The studio's orientation is movement rather than treatment alone. Rehabilitation here is directed not only at everyday function but at returning people to demanding movement, dancers and performers among them, and often continues beyond conventional discharge. The studio does not run classes and sets no volume targets. One client is in the building at a time. THE PRACTITIONER - Self-directed, managing your own diary, caseload and clinical records - Pilates-trained, or with a substantial movement background, and confident on full apparatus - Drawn to extended one-to-one work; quality rather than volume - Comfortable with hands-on practice as a substantial part of the session, soft tissue work included - Ambitious to build a private caseload, and realistic about what that takes - Interested in rehabilitation toward performance, not only baseline function THE STUDIO The upper floor holds full Classical Pilates apparatus and resistance equipment for active rehabilitation. The lower floor becomes the clinical room, with a specialist treatment couch purchased for the appointed practitioner. Both floors are available to you, and you would be the only practitioner on site. Alongside the space: an established, referral-led client base, small and long-standing; a corporate wellness partnership; and a founder who will work on client acquisition with you. Existing clients periodically require clinical assessment outside movement work, and enquiries arrive that call for a physiotherapist first. Not a caseload, but a starting point. TERMS - GBP 150 per session, the studio rate. Where your own rate is higher, this can be discussed. - Private sessions divided 70/30 in your favour. - Insurer-funded sessions: you retain the fee, less a flat GBP 30 room charge. - Commission on longer-term studio work taken up by clients you refer on. Discussed at interview. - No rent and no fixed overhead. - Hours worked in fixed, regular blocks, agreed between us around both the studio's schedule and your availability. Weekdays, evenings, most of Saturday and all of Sunday. - Available from October 2026, or by arrangement.
