At Hito Holistic Health, we believe physiotherapy should go beyond symptom management. We are building a new model of care — one that combines advanced physiotherapy, craniosacral therapy, sport and conditioning, functional rehabilitation, nervous system regulation, acupuncture, breath-work, and holistic/integrative medicine into a deeply transformative patient experience. We are looking for a Senior Physiotherapist who wants more than a standard MSK role. This position is ideal for a clinician who: Feels limited by conventional “exercise-only” physiotherapy Loves solving complex chronic cases Wants to integrate body, mind, nervous system, and movement Values autonomy, creativity, and meaningful patient relationships Is passionate about continuous growth and holistic healing The Role You will work with a highly varied and rewarding caseload including: Standard and Complex musculoskeletal presentations Chronic pain & persistent symptoms Vestibular disorders (dizziness, vertigo, tinnitus) TMJ dysfunction Headaches & migraines Stress-related and nervous system-driven conditions You will have the freedom to treat patients using an integrative model — combining hands-on therapy, movement, rehabilitation, nervous system work, education, and holistic approaches according to your clinical reasoning. This is not a high-volume “10 patients per day” environment. We prioritise: Quality over quantity Root-cause investigation Long-term outcomes Deep patient care Practitioner development What Makes This Different At Hito, we are developing a unique clinical Method that bridges: Physiotherapy Craniosacral therapy Acupuncture & energy medicine-based approaches Breathwork & mindfulness Functional rehabilitation Manual therapy & fascial work Holistic health principles Mind-Body and Psychosomatic Approach You will be supported to: Expand your skillset Contribute ideas and workshops Mentor junior clinicians Develop professionally within an innovative clinic model Learn advanced integrative approaches internally Who We’re Looking For You are likely: 3+ years qualified (Senior level preferred) HCPC registered Confident treating independently Skilled in manual therapy and standard Orthopaedic/Neurological rehabilitation Curious, open-minded, and growth-oriented Passionate about helping complex patients Additional skills highly valued: Acupuncture Craniosacral therapy Vestibular rehabilitation Experience with Concussions TMJ treatment Visceral or pelvic health work Mum/Body MOT Pilates, yoga, breath-work or movement therapy Training, Sport and Conditioning Chronic pain rehabilitation Advanced fascial techniques Limphatic Drainage Mentoring or teaching experience Most importantly, we are looking for someone who resonates with our philosophy and wants to help shape the future of integrative healthcare.
