PNF Stretch Studio Duty Manager and PNF Therapist

Stretch Life Ltd

We're looking for a UK-qualified physiotherapy graduate who wants to get their hands on real bodies, every single day. Stretch Life specialises in PNF assisted stretching, a method that comes from physiotherapy and neurophysiology. It's clinically proven to help people move better, feel calmer, and get back a range of motion they thought they'd lost. If you've recently graduated and you're hungry for volume and variety, this is where you get it: different bodies, ages, and reasons for being stretched right from your very first shift. Why this could suit a recent grad: University gives you the theory. This role gives you the volume and variety to put it into practice properly, every day, with clients who range from a marathon runner tight through the hips to a retiree working on shoulder mobility to someone with back pain caused by desk work. You'll sharpen your hands-on skills, your ability to read a body quickly, and your communication, all under the guidance of our in-house MSK physiotherapy team. To be clear on scope: we don't diagnose here. What we do is help people improve functional mobility, flexibility, and overall movement health through PNF, working within that clearly. It's a different discipline to clinical physio practice, but the anatomy, the neurophysiology, and the hands-on judgement are exactly what your degree gave you a foundation in. And because this role also has you helping run a studio, not just working in one, you'll pick up the operational and people skills that most people don't get exposure to for years: leading a shift, handling client relationships end to end, understanding how a health business actually runs day to day, focusing on commercial performance as well. About you You hold a UK physiotherapy or osteopath degree. Placement experience counts for a lot here, we're looking at how you handle yourself with real people and real bodies, not just your grades. You understand anatomy and neurophysiology, and more importantly, you can feel and see how different bodies move and respond. You're an exceptional communicator, and you genuinely want to help people move and feel better, every day, not just occasionally. The work is physically demanding, you're on your feet and hands-on with clients across your shifts, so you need real physical stamina. It's mentally demanding too. You're switching between different people, different bodies and different needs all day, staying sharp and present for every single one, so you need the mental resilience to match. You're reliable. If you say it'll get done, it gets done. You notice details others miss, and you like things run properly. You're customer focused, but never over the top, and you understand that how someone feels in our space matters just as much as the stretch itself. We're looking for someone who wants to build something here, not just pass through. This is a role for someone who wants to stay, grow with us, and become genuinely excellent at what they do, not a stepping stone to be left after a few months or a year. Why this role matters This isn't a job you sit quietly in the corner of. When you're on shift, you set the standard, and you'll get real ownership over how things run and improve as we grow. For a recent grad, it's a genuinely rare combination: high-volume hands-on practice, direct mentorship from experienced physiotherapists, and real operational responsibility, all at once. If you want to build serious hands-on experience early in your career, want to work under physiotherapists with 20+ years experience, and want to help build something as we expand across London, we'd love to hear from you. Development This role could grow into overseeing multiple studios as we expand. If you're ambitious and want to learn, this is a genuine path, and a strong foundation whether you stay in movement health long term or use it as a springboard into clinical health.
