Would you like to join our team? In Motion and Pilates we inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals through engaging, effective, and safe Pilates classes. We are a full-service Pilates studio equipped with Reformers, Cadillacs, barrels, Chairs, and Spine Correctors. Our classes are held in small groups of five people in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. You will lead small group sessions that enhance strength, flexibility, and mind-body awareness. Your enthusiasm and expertise will motivate participants of all levels to embrace healthier lifestyles while ensuring proper technique and safety protocols are maintained throughout each session. Lead engaging Reformer Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring clear instruction and motivation. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, emphasizing correct form and safety to prevent injury. Assess clients’ needs and develop personalized modifications or progressions to optimize results. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment conducive to focused practice. Experience in Reformer coaching Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate diverse groups of clients. Knowledge of human anatomy relevant to Pilates movements to ensure safe practice and injury prevention. Familiarity with studio equipment such as reformers, mats, barrels, and other Pilates apparatus is preferred. Certification from a recognized Pilates training program is highly desirable. Prior experience working with clients of different ages and fitness levels is advantageous. Expected hours: 20 per week (possibility of extending hours later on) Language: An adequate knowledge of the Spanish language is required. Work Location: In person
