W6 Physiotherapy is looking for a self-employed Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our vibrant, highly skilled team in West London. Whether you’re already experienced or an emerging expert, this is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your practice. We use strong clinical reasoning skills, collect metrics such as objective strength testing and plan treatment to improve patients outcome measures. Your Role: You’ll be working with an active, diverse population across a range of MSK presentations, using your clinical reasoning to: - Assess, diagnose, and treat MSK conditions with autonomy and confidence - Design personalised rehab programmes - Interpret clinical findings - Liaise with consultants, GPs, and other allied health professionals in a collaborative environment - Maintain accurate, professional patient records and follow-up plans - Contribute to our growing reputation for evidence-based, patient-centred care Clinical Skills You'll Use and Grow We value clinical excellence. You'll be expected to demonstrate or develop strong capability in: - Red flag identification (e.g. cauda equina, inflammatory back pain, malignancy) - Complex case management – chronic pain, multi-system issues, co-morbidities - Rheumatological screening – early detection of RA, AS, etc. - Functional and biomechanical analysis – including gait/posture and sport-specific movement screening - Exercise prescription & progressive rehab – for acute to long-term recovery - Orthopaedic & post-op rehab – ACLR, rotator cuff, TKR, THR You have special Interest in Women’s Health? Even Better. Experience or training in pelvic floor rehab, pre/post-natal care, or incontinence treatment is a major bonus.
