About Align Align is a leading wellness studio in the Cayman Islands. We take an integrated approach to physical rehabilitation and preventative care, offering physiotherapy, paediatric physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture, occupational therapy and TMJ care. With three convenient locations in Camana Bay, Harbour Walk and Health City East End, we make it easy for families across the island to get the care they need. Join us in helping people reconnect with their core and live healthier lives. The role • You’ll carry out evidence-based assessments and create personalised treatment plans for children from newborns through to adolescence. • You’ll explain findings, treatment plans and progress clearly to families, colleagues and other healthcare partners so everyone stays aligned. • You’ll work closely with paediatricians, schools and the wider medical community to give children and their families joined-up, supportive care. • You’ll help develop the internal team and take part in community outreach that promotes child and family wellness. • You’ll keep accurate, technology-driven clinical records for every patient and stay up to date with the latest research, trends and best practice in paediatric physiotherapy. What we’re looking for • BSc in Physiotherapy or an equivalent recognised qualification • Registration with a regulatory body accepted by the Cayman Islands Health Practice Commission (Australia, Canada, Jamaica, New Zealand, South Africa, the UK/HCPC or the USA). • Solid skills in physiotherapy techniques, manual therapy and exercise prescription • Strong ability to assess patients, plan treatment and track progress • Experience in paediatric physiotherapy and a good working knowledge of evidence-based approaches • Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills in multidisciplinary settings • Professional registration and qualifications from an accredited institution • Familiarity with healthcare technology and electronic medical records is an advantage • A genuine commitment to patient care and creating a supportive, empathetic clinical environment Benefits • Competitive commission-based salary • Medical and pension contributions • Tax-free earnings (there is no personal income tax in the Cayman Islands) Ready to make a lasting difference?
