Junior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Evolve Physio Clinic Ltd
Junior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist Location: Evolve Physio Clinic, Hanham, Bristol Position: Full-time (including some evening shifts) Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Evolve Physio Clinic is a growing private practice based in Hanham, Bristol. We specialise in helping people overcome injury, recover from pain and return to the activities that matter most to them. As a clinic, we are committed to continually developing our services and investing in technology that enhances patient outcomes. Alongside traditional physiotherapy assessment and treatment approaches, we utilise innovative tools such as VALD ForceDecks to provide objective data that supports clinical decision-making and rehabilitation planning. This role is ideal for a newly qualified physio or someone with limited post-qualification experience who is looking to accelerate their development within MSK practice. You will work with a varied caseload of MSK patients, gaining valuable experience assessing and treating a wide range of conditions whilst developing your clinical reasoning, communication and rehabilitation skills. You won't be expected to know everything. We understand that transitioning from uni into private practice can feel daunting. Our goal is to provide the support, mentoring and clinical exposure needed to help you develop into a confident and successful physio. At Evolve, we work hard to create an environment where clinicians can develop confidence, challenge themselves and enjoy coming to work. We value humility over ego, progress over perfection and relationships over transaction. We want patients to feel genuinely cared for, and we expect the same respect and support within our team. Essentials: BSc (Hons) or MSc Physiotherapy. HCPC registration. CSP Membership Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A genuine interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Willingness to learn, receive feedback and continually improve. Ability to work some evening shifts. This Job Is For You If... You're a recent graduate or early-career physiotherapist eager to learn and develop. You genuinely enjoy working with people. Patients feel heard, not processed, and you remember the details that matter. You're hungry to learn and see feedback as an opportunity rather than criticism. You apply what you've learned quickly and actively seek opportunities to improve. You want to be stretched, challenged and supported. You take ownership of your own development. You bring energy and positivity to the team. This Job Probably Isn't For You If... You're looking for a role where you can simply turn up and go through the motions. You struggle to take feedback on board. You're looking for a short-term stop gap rather than somewhere to grow your career. You're not prepared to invest time and effort into your own progressional development. What We Offer • Salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. • Structured support and mentoring from experienced clinicians. • Weekly clinical supervision. • Monthly development meetings. • A clear pathway for professional and clinical progression. • Regular opportunities for professional development and learning. • CPD support and mentoring. • Access to innovative assessment and rehabilitation technology, including Shockwave Therapy and VALD ForceDecks. • A varied and rewarding patient caseload. • A supportive and ambitious team environment. • Opportunities to help shape and contribute to the future growth of the clinic.
