About Us: We are a dynamic multidisciplinary Pilates studio, committed to delivering exceptional client care in a collaborative, supportive environment. Our team includes physiotherapists, Pilates instructors and a nutritional therapist. We are closely aligned with an onsite Physiotherapy clinic with whom we work collaboratively to support our clients’ recovery, ongoing health, and performance. The Role: We are seeking a Chartered Physiotherapist who is also a qualified Pilates instructor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be confident delivering high-quality physiotherapy based individual clinical Pilates sessions, as well as leading small group Pilates classes. You will work with a varied client caseload ranging from musculoskeletal injuries to post-operative rehab and chronic conditions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver physiotherapist lead 1:1 and small group clinical Pilates sessions. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care. Support clients through Pilates-based rehabilitation programs. Maintain clear clinical records. Participate in CPD and team development sessions. Requirements: HCPC registered Chartered Physiotherapist. Certified Body Control or APPI Pilates Instructor. Proven experience in both Physiotherapy and Pilates instruction. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Willingness to work flexible hours, including daytime and evening shifts.
