MSK Physiotherapist | Structured Development & Progression Pro-Form Physio & Fitness – Bexleyheath, Kent Full-time employed | 37 hours Pro-Form Physio & Fitness is a growing private MSK physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic looking for a motivated physiotherapist to join our Bexleyheath team. We welcome applications from newly qualified/early-career physiotherapists through to experienced MSK clinicians. Starting salary, level of support and initial caseload will reflect your experience and clinical competency. We combine hands-on physiotherapy with progressive exercise rehabilitation and are looking for someone who wants to develop a long-term career within private MSK practice. Newly qualified/developing clinicians will receive a structured development programme including: - Direct mentoring from the Clinical Director - Observation and supervised assessment/treatment - Manual therapy and hands-on skills development - Clinical reasoning and differential diagnosis - Exercise rehabilitation development - Regular feedback and case discussion - Protected paid CPD - Gradual progression to independent caseload management We invest significantly in development but expect clinicians to actively drive their learning, identify development needs, seek feedback and demonstrate continued improvement. Experienced MSK clinicians will have greater autonomy from the outset, with salary reflecting experience, competency and additional skills. Working pattern This is a 37 hour employed position. No contractual weekend work. During the initial development period, junior clinicians may work across Monday–Friday to maximise mentoring and supervision. Following successful completion of the required competencies, there is scope for increased flexibility, including the potential to condense clinical hours across Monday–Thursday, with Fridays off and protected CPD completed flexibly. Salary & progression £28,000–£44,500 depending on experience and clinical competency. Developing clinicians will enter at an appropriate point within the training salary band 28-32k, with structured salary reviews as competency, independence and caseload increase. Progression into our established MSK salary band is based on clinical competency, independent caseload management, performance and agreed KPIs. Essential - BSc/MSc Physiotherapy - HCPC registration - CSP membership - Strong interest/experience in MSK/private practice - Excellent communication skills - Interest in hands-on treatment and exercise rehabilitation - Proactive approach to learning and feedback - Reliable and looking for a long-term position Sports massage, manual therapy, acupuncture/dry needling, Pilates or strength & conditioning experience would be advantageous.
