About the role: Join the rapidly growing HealthTech business, EQL & help shape our evolution. As a Physiotherapist, you will be crucial in expanding our goals by delivering daily internal clinical services for Phio, reporting to the Head of Clinical Services. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of patients, via our symbiotic Phio digital tools Deploy advanced clinical reasoning skills Actively contribute to operational efficiencies Maintain & assist in data collection & analysis Offer bespoke service-user specific education as required Contribute to regular CPD opportunities including in-service training & journal clubs Complete audit & evaluation activities as required from Clinical & Governance perspectives Maintain clinical standards & documentation in line with local & national policy/standard Deliver on indirect clinical tasks that will facilitate co-working with engineering, governance, product managers & more Essentials: HCPC Registration A positive attitude & willingness to learn & improve Keen interest & understanding of the MSK digital healthcare landscape A Diploma/Degree in physiotherapy BSc (Hons) or equivalent Demonstrable experience working at a senior level within MSK healthcare Able to operate effectively both in a collaborative team & autonomously Highly organised, proactive & agile operator A high level of competency working with digital systems Desirable: Advanced MSK physiotherapy skills (APP/FCP) & qualifications (M-Level/post-graduate education) Experience in peer education; inclusive of leading journal clubs, in-service training & developing others Demonstrable knowledge of relevant MSK digital healthcare ecosystem, policy & agendas Experience & understanding of audit cycle & clinical governance Able to understand & prioritise user problems & engage cross functional teams to arrive at solutions Experience of MSK research methodology &/or service evaluations Prior startup experience Evidence of experience/involvement in project management Prior experience & knowledge of Agile methodologies What we offer: At EQL, we believe in open, transparent working environments that encourage ingenuity & collaboration with colleagues, customers & clients.
