We are looking for a motivated and compassionate MSK Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at The Village Surgery Physio. You will provide high-quality assessment, treatment, and management of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions within a supportive, patient-centred environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a range of MSK conditions. Manage a varied caseload including sports injuries, post-operative rehab, spinal conditions, and chronic pain. Develop personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans in line with patient goals and best practice guidelines. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with HCPC and CSP standards. Collaborate closely with GPs, other allied health professionals, and administrative staff. Contribute to service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Participate in CPD sessions, clinical supervision, and team meetings. Essential Requirements: BSc (Hons) / MSc in Physiotherapy. HCPC registration. CSP membership. Minimum 1 year post-graduate experience in MSK (new grads with relevant placement experience may be considered). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Competent in using clinical IT systems. Desirable Skills: Experience in private practice or primary care. Pilates, acupuncture, or other relevant qualifications. Knowledge of NHS and private MSK pathways. Experience with virtual consultations or digital rehab tools.
