The Banbury Private Physiotherapy Practice and its sister practice, Cassia Health, are seeking new created and innovative roles to enable expansion of the current business model and support a future business venture in 2027.The venture will seek development of clinical services working in tandem to allow effective communication, learning, evidence based dialogue to ensure that each actor who attends the practice will truly engage with the right clinician for their needs. The future engages with other therapy clinicians and allows for business expansion. We Are currently advertising three roles: 1: MSK Adult Specialist Physiotherapist 2: Women's Health and Pelvic Girdle Pain Specialist Physiotherapist 3: Domiciliary Physiotherapist We are seeking Physiotherapists who have a proven record of over 2 years of specialist rehabilitation with their chosen clinical arena and are seeking a challenge to develop a new service provision across South Northamptonshire to North Oxfordshire. For the purposes of advertising each role will be separately pictured Specialist Domiciliary Physiotherapist Further to a pilot started in 2024 we have designed a ‘Motivation and Mobility’ service who we hope will offer a bed- to- clinic service enabling any adult age to be able to rehabilitate under the guidance of a Physiotherapy Program, (led by the Specialist Physiotherapy practitioner and maintained by the Senior Physiotherapy assistant) with the goal of attending the MSK clinics to return to social activity, work or sport depending on their life goals. The team also offers classroom Parkinson's Warrior type classes,’ Move it or Lose it’ and Stretch and balance as part of the service health and wellbeing agenda. We believe we have a lovely team waiting for the right Physiotherapist to manage and lead, educating the team and carers and endorsing proactive manual and exercise therapy. We offer: • An established service of domiciliary work waiting for the right Physiotherapist to lead and develop • Varied caseload of ages and pathology • Flexible working • Hourly appointments booked by the clinician and the admin support team • One Pilates, barre or dance class per week as part of our health and wellbeing at work agenda We are looking for: • Bsc or Msc Physiotherapy or Graduate Diploma within Physiotherapy • HCPC registration & CSP membership • Right to work in UK (sponsorship not available) • Minimum 2 years of Older Person/MSK and some Neurological rehabilitation experience • Driving licence and available transport • Effective communication and collaborative working skillset • Confident in assessment, diagnosis and hands-on treatment
