Due to the growth of our business, we have the exciting opportunity to recruit two new physiotherapists, one in our adult neuro and complex condition team, the other in our paediatric team. These posts can be full or part-time with self-employed or employed contracts. You will be based within our fully accessible clinic and gym near Gloucester. The role will also include home visits, other community settings and the opportunity to be part of our hydrotherapy service. At Get Ahead Physiotherapy, you will be supported and encouraged to develop your area of clinical interest and expertise to be a key member of our collaborative and forward thinking team. We are looking for motivated physiotherapists who have a passion for supporting adults and children within the field of neurology. Benefits of working at Get Ahead Physiotherapy Flexible working hours, 36 hours per week full time Work placed pension Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays pro rata Annual sick leave at full pay: 10 days Excellent support and CPD opportunities in place including in house training and supervision, client discussions and funding for external courses Weekly team meeting ADULT NEURO PHYSIOTHERAPIST ROLE To carry out assessments, plan and deliver the management of rehabilitation programmes for clients with neurological and complex conditions To develop the service of clients with a diagnosis of MS, PD and/or vestibular conditions Opportunity to work with case managed clients including report writing and attending MDTs Being an ambassador for the clinic with opportunities to support with marketing and connections with services in the local community PAEDIATRIC PHYSIOTHERAPIST ROLE To carry out assessments, plan and deliver the management of rehabilitation programmes for babies and children with neurological and complex conditions, developmental delay within the clinic, nurseries, schools, respite and other community settings To support the development of specialist services such as paediatric MSK, SDR and other post-rehab surgery rehabilitation, sensory integration and baby screening Opportunity to work with case managed clients including report writing and attending MDTs Being an ambassador for the clinic with opportunities to support with marketing and connections with services in the local community Report writing and MDTs for children with EHCPs Key Skills: Strong communication skills for collaboration with clients, families and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure the highest standard of care Good organisational skills to ensure accurate and timely record keeping and efficient management of own diary and caseload Essential Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy To be a member of the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC). This is a legal requirement to practice as a physiotherapist within the UK Hold a valid UK driving licence and relevant insurance for use of car as part of work role Enhanced DBS clearance ·
