About the role: BT Physiotherapy Mudjimba is looking for a Part time to Full time Physiotherapist at it's Mudjimba location. Step into a full case load. Current position holder moving back to the UK. Hours will be flexible to provide for both the applicants lifestyle needs and availability requirements for our patients. No work on Saturdays. Skills and experience: Private practice experience is a pre requisite for this position. Treatment based on evidence and experience is required for best patient outcomes. Shared decision making is central in our patient care. We like to spend time with our patients by providing manual therapy, evidence based modalities where appropriate. Prescribing exercises is an additional skill applied in collaboration with our Exercise Physiologists that are experts in their field. Further requirements: AHPRA registration and a qualification in Physiotherapy Documented CPD portfolio and commitment to further skills development Ability to work within a team but also independently /sole practitioner Communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport quickly Sound assessment, clinical reasoning skills, and treatment outcomes Collaborative approach/shared decision making You are self-motivated, organised, on time
