We’re Hiring: Specialist MSK Physiotherapist (2–3 days/week) Annual Salary Range: £30,000 – £40,000 (pro rata for 3 days) Location: FAB Clinic – Hanwell, West London (W7) Are you a passionate and motivated physiotherapist ready to elevate your MSK expertise within a supportive, forward-thinking clinic? FAB Clinic is seeking a self-employed Specialist MSK Physiotherapist to join our vibrant, multidisciplinary team in West London. Whether you’re an established clinician or developing into a specialist, this is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills, explore areas such as women’s health or advanced rehabilitation, and collaborate with some of the best practitioners in the field. We take an evidence-based approach — using strong clinical reasoning, objective strength testing, and outcome measures to drive exceptional patient results. Your Role You’ll work with an active, diverse client base across a wide range of MSK presentations, applying your clinical reasoning to: Assess, diagnose, and treat MSK conditions with autonomy and confidence Design tailored rehabilitation programmes (strength & conditioning, Pilates-based rehab, return-to-sport) Identify red flags and manage complex cases appropriately Liaise with consultants, GPs, and allied health professionals in a collaborative setting Maintain accurate, professional clinical records and follow-up plans Contribute to our reputation for evidence-based, patient-centred care Clinical Skills You’ll Use and Develop We value clinical excellence and continuous growth. You’ll demonstrate or develop capability in: Red flag identification (e.g., cauda equina, inflammatory back pain, malignancy) Complex case management – chronic pain, multi-system conditions, co-morbidities Functional and biomechanical analysis (gait, posture, sport-specific movement) Exercise prescription and progressive rehabilitation for all stages of recovery Imaging interpretation – knowing when to refer and how to integrate findings Orthopaedic and post-operative rehab – ACLR, rotator cuff, TKR, THR Women’s health (desirable but not essential) Experience or training in pelvic floor rehab, pre/post-natal care, or incontinence management is highly desirable. We’re expanding our women’s health services and welcome applicants keen to lead or grow in this area.
