I am Sebha Simson Muthuraj , Clinical physiotherapist and a Manual therapy mulligan concept trained from India. I have accumulated 2+ years of clinical experience in handling an ample number of musculoskeletal and some Neurological and cardiorespiratory, intensive care, Palliative care, geriatric and paediatric population through the means of compulsory rotatory internship period and current tenure as a Clinical physiotherapist. I do possess a high desire for learning, updating scientific and research knowledge, which I have demonstrated through my participation in certified continuous development programs from reputed institutions and organizations. Apart from this, I have also demonstrated fair communication skills through platform presentations including posters, seminars on multiple occasions in institutional conferences.

Being a part of Joint care physiotherapy clinic and wellness program rehabilitation team and Clinical physiotherapist, I have implemented disease specific MSK assessment including a variety of outcome measures and current evidence based treatment strategies following standard guidelines of physiotherapy practice. During this tenure with my current employer, I have gained significant experience through the process of planning and administering an detailed physiotherapy evaluation including disease specific outcome measures, plan and provide tailored physiotherapy treatment program based on current evidence and clinical guidelines including Manual therapy – Mulligan Concept for shoulder Dysfunction, Post operative rehabilitation of fractures, low back ache, protective muscle spasm, tennis elbow, Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Cervical and lumbar spondylitis, IVDP, regional disorders of cervical spine, lumbar spine, upper and lower extremities, myofascial pain syndrome with the help of electrotherapeutic modalities and appropriate exercise therapy programs while following standard guidelines of practice.
Physiotherapy in Neurological conditions : I have attended patients in treating neurological conditions like, stroke, parkinsonism disease,, spinal cord injury, brain injury, paediatric cerebral palsy. In those I used to do detailed case study of previous medical history and start neurological assessment to confirm physical and functional diagnosis. Treatment is based on evidence support. I do support my assessment with clinical Diagnosis.
Physiotherapy in Cardio respiratory conditions : like Post operative rehabilitation of CABG, bronchectomy, COPD where I used to confirm my physical and functional diagnosis after the clinical Diagnosis is confirmed. Treatment protocols are based on evidenced based approach like Deep breathing exercises, Diaphragmatic breathing exercises,Postural drainage techniques, Airway clearance techniques (ACTs),Self drainage or autogenic drainage (AD), Active cycle of breathing therapy (ACBT), Inspi
