EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Full time- Regional Lead MSK Physio(February 2014 to 31 July 2022)
I am working autonomously within a busy and fast-paced clinic where I am met with a
wide range of musculoskeletal, Orthopaedic, Sports, Post- op rehab and Whiplash
injuries of self-funding patients and private insurance companies.
• To provide specialist physiotherapy services through a combination of assessment,
diagnosis, formulation of MSK treatment programs, intervention and teaching that aim to
improve, maximise and maintain the physical ability and minimise the dysfunction,
disability of people.
• To be responsible for a defined caseload as allocated, using evidence based practice and
client centered principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions that aimto achieve best outcomes for the client.
• To undertake a specialist assessment and formulate a diagnosis of the patient’s condition
using expert investigative analytical and enhanced clinical reasoning skills
• Interpret and analyse clinical, psychological, occupational and social information to form
accurate diagnosis and prognosis in a wide range of complex conditions, recommending
the best course of intervention and developing comprehensive treatment and discharge programs
I have worked at different multi set up Clinical branches within the company based at Epsom, Reading and London before relocating to Bristol.
As a regional lead Physio and line manager I have been given responsibilities to
supervise Staff training both remote and face to face,be a point of contact for complain and resource management for team of Physios, auditing case sheets and electronic documents maintenance in line with CSP and HCPC standards ,for quality clinical care within the company.
Being part of multi set up private physiotherapy provider and growing organisation, I have been keenly involved in discussions with management team to build and try out strategies to increase case load and diversify services within the company. This would range more on autonomous working, different Clinical set up visit and areas of company operations - working with new technology and client management software etc.

Volunteer Physio at Commonwealth Games Birmingham 2022 -based at polyclinic and
athlete Independent training venues at NEC,Birmingham.
I also had the opportunity to be part of Field of play medic/physio team for Wrestling (Coventry Arena )and Squash Finals(University of Birmingham,Squash and hockey Centre)
working along with MDT to provide on field care and rehab.

This role helped me to build my clinical skills for post op acute care management and
