In the United Kingdom the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)- http://www.hcpc-uk.org/ - is the regulator of physiotherapy services, and was set up to protect the public. To do this, they maintain a register of health and care professionals who meet the standards for their physiotherapy training, professional skills, behaviour and health.

If you are a foreign trained physiotherapist and would like to connect with others going through the process of UK physio registration why not take a look at the Working as a Physiotherapist in the United Kingdom (UK) section our Physio Forum.
