Role specific: The main purpose of the role: Is to provide elite physiotherapy services to all our patients at Elite Performance Physio MCR, ensuring a positive impact upon their lives. Main duties include: Effective communication with patients to decide upon the right plan of care, expectation management and stage posted milestones throughout the treatment process. Ensure you deliver the patients clinic and health/performance/lifestyle change in the timeframe proposed. Excite our patients over the prospect of the rehabilitation process to maintain commitment, ensuring continued progress. Provide exceptional levels of customer care, with effective communication, honesty and integrity to ensure a positive experience that will be shared with others. Ensure the patient understands their treatment plan and how it relates to their goals and aims. Ensure that patients complete their treatment plan, to achieve their desired outcome. Ensure clinical notes are kept up to date, alongside any other admin such as clinical letters being completed in a timely fashion. Participate in and create educational material for patients and for marketing purposes. Participate in continued professional development. Participate in patient development strategies to ensure the continued growth of the clinic.
