Physio4Life is a renowned award winning physiotherapy clinic based in the heart of Putney. Now been established for 15 years and continues to grow from strength to strength.
The clinic has eight treatment rooms, a large fully equipped gym, separate Pilates studio with mat work, and machine area for those wishing to do clinical Pilates.
We have a large team of physio's, massage, Pilates and personal trainers all working together to bring a fantastic service to our customers. The clinic is spacious and each physio has a large room to practice from, whilst there is a dedicated fulltime admin team who take good care of you and your clients.
We are currently seeking a Full time, senior physiotherapist with a masters level university qualification in physiotherapy to join our team of 6 full time physiotherapist in a very busy clinic. We are only looking for long-term physio's who wish to grow and develop with the clinic.
Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience, with the majority of this (3+ years) experience gained in musculoskeletal or sports physiotherapy in a private practice setting.
The physiotherapist will be required to work 5-6 days per week on a split shift basis, involving early mornings and late evenings, along with frequent weekend work. The successful physiotherapist is responsible to undertake a comprehensive and advanced assessment of patients to determine the condition in need of treatment. Proven manual therapy skills and prescribed rehabilitation experience is essential to the role, as the successful applicant will be required to independently and effectively manage a full case load comprising of a variety of neuromusculoskeletal conditions.
Experience treating a managing runners and endurance based athletes is necessary, as due to its location, the clinic attracts a large amount of these athletes.
This is a very busy clinic so you need to be a hard working team player, who can stay on top of your admin and ensure that all medical notes are kept up date and in line with HCPC standards. The ability to self-promote as a clinician and actively engage with the community, sporting clubs and healthcare professionals of other specialities in the area is essential to ensure that you are contributing as a member of the physiotherapy team.
Weekly CPD is held among therapists at the clinic so applicants must be willing to contribute to CPD on a regular basis and lead CPD sessions as required.
