Physiotherapy Job Summary:
Bodybalance Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic are seeking experienced physiotherapists to work either Full Time or Part Time at our busy private physiotherapy clinics. The main role we are seeking to fill is based at our clinic in Hertfordshire, but there is potential for work part-time at our clinics in North and NW London. We will consider full time and part time applicants, including those who looking for evening and weekend work. The role may include opportunities to work directly with elite sports teams.
Bodybalance is an established clinic and we will very soon be opening our 3rd location. Each clinic is inside great gym settings. We see a mix of sports injuries, MSK and post-op rehabilitation. Our patients are motivated, active and keen to get better.
We are seeking enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated Sports & MSK physiotherapists to join our team of physiotherapists, osteopaths, massage therapists, Pilates teachers and admin support. We want someone who is interesting and who has great physiotherapy skills and knowledge. You'll need to have enough experience to be able to confidently meet the expectations of your patients. You'll need to be able to think independently and show initiative, but also to be able to know when it is right to ask for some help. Most of our patients are self-paying or have private medical insurance; they expect great physiotherapy and we want to offer them the very best care and attention. We want someone who wants to do well personally and who wants to be part of our team environment.
The position is for as an employed staff member in a permanent position, but we can discuss self-employed options if that is more suitable to the individual or the working hours. We offer excellent remuneration (circa £40K) and great conditions in a workplace that is fun and friendly. We have regular in house CPD and will help you continue to develop your skills.
We're happy to consider physiotherapists from all backgrounds and walks of life, but there are some minimum requirements. Applicants must be HCPC registered and a member of the CSP. (Sports Therapists - we're sure you are good at your job, but we are really only looking for candidates who are HCPC registered).
The private medical insurance companies we deal with want our physiotherapists to have at least 3 years of MSK experience to treat their patients. Private practice experience will be a big plus, but is not necessary. Experience of working in sport is an advantage, but that isn't totally necessary either.
Unfortunately, we are not in a position to offer sponsorship for visas so eligibility to work in the UK is definitely required.
