Physiotherapy Job Summary:
Spire Gatwick Park Hospital is an important hospital in the Spire Healthcare portfolio. We have a broad range of modern acute facilities which include 3 operating theatres and an endoscopy suite. We have 44 single private rooms, 2 critical care level 2 rooms, a 16 bedded day care unit and 12 consulting rooms. We have state-of-the-art CT and MRI scanners. These are supported by a number of other departments like Physiotherapy, Pharmacy and Pathology. In addition Spire Gatwick Park Hospital is a partnership site for BUPA Wellness offering different types of health screens. We are also a partner hospital for Breast Health UK and are accredited for both bowel and breast cancer.
We are looking to recruit a capable and experienced musculo-skeletal physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy team at Spire Gatwick Park Hospital. As a qualified Physiotherapist at Spire you can enjoy a very diverse role. Team working is a big part of this role, so successful working relationships with our Radiographers and expert Consultants will be a defining factor in delivering the outstanding patient outcomes we are proud of.
Day to day you will be involved in the management of the outpatient physiotherapy team to ensure effective staffing levels in order to provide high quality patient care whilst meeting the needs of the business. You will provide highly skilled and specialised assessment, diagnosis and treatment for patients within the out-patient service and will take a lead role in physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patient caseload. You will provide education and teaching and ensure the team delivers effective physiotherapy by providing appropriate clinical leadership and educational and development expertise.
