Meet your new mentor: Robyn Gant has been practising musculoskeletal physiotherapy for over 40 years. Robyn has a Master's in Physiotherapy, researching foot biomechanics, teaching clinical workshops on foot and ankle injuries, and mentoring physiotherapists. Being a lifelong learner has fuelled her passion and enabled her practice to evolve continually. The skills that will help you to be successful: The ideal candidate will have a problem-solving mindset and a hunger for learning new ideas. Attention to detail, while keeping sight of the bigger picture, is a desirable attribute. Your empathetic approach and positive communication skills will enable you to work well as a team and coach your clients to achieve their goals. Our longer appointment times, typically forty-five minutes, will enable you to provide thorough and tailored treatment. You will learn to work “smarter, not harder”, improving your job satisfaction and career longevity. The details: Registered physiotherapists with permanent Australian residency and a minimum of 5 years’ experience treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries, as well as mature-age master’s students with experience working with clients, will be suitable for this opportunity. The expectation is that this would be a longer-term commitment to ensure you achieve the full benefit of the experience. Manual therapy skills, neural mobilisation, trigger point therapy, and exercise prescription are advantages. Remuneration is based on your skill set and experience.
