We are offering a unique opportunity for an experienced & dynamic physio to work alongside & be mentored by Dr Barbara Hungerford & her experienced physiotherapy team in our inner west Sydney practice. Are you keen to expand your diagnostic & manual therapy skills for treating back, pelvic, hip, thoracic, womens health and cranio-cervical injuries? The position starts with approx 20 hours per week initially with an opportunity to choose between 3 to 4 days per week. What you will get from this position: 1. An opportunity to work as a locum for 9 months, or undertake an 18 month mentorship program with Barb Hungerford & her team that will fast track your manual therapy & muscle re-education skills and then offer you opportunities to expand into your own areas of interest. Intensive 1:1 training is part of the mentorship package 2. expand your clinical reasoning, diagnostics & treatment for a variety of musculo-skeletal, sports, spinal, hip, neck, post-op, pregnancy and cranial/ concussion related injuries. 3. Eligible candidates are required to show 1. A minimum of 3 years' experience post-graduation including private practice 2. Please include your PD courses especially musculo-skeletal, sports rehab courses, Pilates, or interest in Women's Health. Let us know what makes you enjoy being a physio! 3. Attendance at manual therapy courses such as AMTA Muscle Energy or ISM (Diane Lee), or Connect Therapy Ring approach courses are favorable but not essential 4.
