My Profile Summary

My approach to physiotherapy goes well beyond structural assessment. I integrate a wide range of advanced manual therapy techniques including Myofascial Induction Therapy (MIT), Craniosacral and Visceral Manipulation—to address the body as a connected whole rather than a collection of isolated complaints. This is complemented by clinical Pilates (Pilates Fisios certified and APPI-Master Supervised, mat and small/large equipment), sports conditioning, and personalised ergonomic advice, giving each patient a genuinely tailored rehabilitation pathway. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for physiotherapists and hold a Level 1 SIRPA Pain Management Practitioner qualification, allowing me to address the psychosocial and neurological dimensions of persistent pain alongside the physical.
Most recently, I have completed my training in Neo-Classical Acupuncture (NCA) from Foundation and Advanced to Nexus Level under Dr Slate Burris — a particularly exciting addition to my skillset. NCA is a highly refined single-needle approach that works with the body's neurological and energetic systems simultaneously, enabling treatment of an exceptionally broad range of presentations, from MSK pain and neurological symptoms to systemic and emotional conditions. Combined with my earlier Dry Needling and Advanced Acupuncture certification this allows me to offer patients at Complement a uniquely integrative experience that I believe sits perfectly within your clinic's multidisciplinary environment.
Since 2017, I have owned and directed Hito Holistic Health, now at The Leather Market, London Bridge, where I have managed a busy caseload of both self-pay and insured patients across the major insurance providers. I understand the demands of a high-volume, insurance-registered clinic and am well-practised at delivering clinical excellence efficiently within that framework. Prior to this I held senior positions at recognised London clinics including Third Space Gym in Islington, Lloyd's Wellbeing Centre, Neo Therapy on Harley Street and Bodies Under Construction in Chiswick, which has given me broad exposure to diverse patient populations and expectations.
