Part-time MSK Physiotharapist

Harris Physiotherapy

Do you thrive on building great client relationships and delivering effective hands-on physiotherapy? About Us: We are a small, independent physiotherapy practice in Lancaster offering personalised MSK treatment to a friendly and diverse clientele. We're known for our close-knit team environment and focus on providing exceptional patient care. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team on a part-time, contract basis (negotiable hours, with a preference for evenings). In this role, you'll: - Work independently, managing your own caseload, while also contributing to a collaborative team spirit. - Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and limitations. - Develop and implement personalised treatment plans using a hands-on approach, incorporating manual therapy and other evidence-based techniques. - Build strong, trusting relationships with patients, fostering a positive and supportive environment for their recovery. - Educate and empower patients about their conditions, self-management strategies, and injury prevention. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. You'll be a great fit if you have: - HCPC registration as a Chartered Physiotherapist. - Minimum 2 years of physiotherapy experience, with a strong focus on manual therapy. - Excellent clinical reasoning and assessment skills. - A passion for building rapport and providing exceptional patient care. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - The ability to work independently (There will be some lone-working at the practice but we operate within a larger health club setting). - A commitment to high-quality patient care and ongoing professional development. Benefits: - Competitive compensation based on a "contract for services" and per patient rate (details to be discussed). - The opportunity to work flexibly (part-time, evenings preferred with some daytime availability). - The chance to make a real difference in the lives of your patients. - A supportive and collaborative work environment within a thriving practice.
