STRETCH THERAPIST At Stretch Life, we hold a deep belief in the remarkable capabilities of the human body, provided it receives the right care and attention. Our philosophy revolves around the power of personalised assisted stretching. We’re looking for a number of Stretch Life Therapists to join our friendly team at our brand new studio in Islington, to help us deliver the highest quality of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretch therapy to our customers. HOURS: ⏰Freelance hours: You choose your hours - we require a minimum 8 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week, with a commitment to at least one shift (min. 4 hrs) on a Saturday or Sunday at least twice a month Note: premium rate paid for active weekend hours 🗓️Studio open hours: 8am-8pm Mon-Thu, 8am-5pm Fri, 10am-6pm Sat/Sun 🏢Location: Stretch Life studio, Islington, N1, London, just 3 mins walk from Angel tube BENEFITS: 💷Pay: Hourly pay varies on stretch hours/days worked but on average full time Stretch Life Therapists, working 40 hours a week can earn between £29k-£42k OTE per year 💸Saturday and Sunday active working hour premium available 🎉Bonus: Uncapped bonus scheme offered to all team members to significantly help increase pay based on performance 🧮Tax: Outside of IR35 ABOUT YOU: -You’ll be currently studying or have experience in bodywork such as: Physiotherapy, Yoga, Massage, Pilates, Personal Training, Dance, Sports Therapist, Kinesiology, Osteopathy, Chiropractic treatment and other related fields -Driven by continuous learning, you’re obsessed with understanding how the body works and will relish working on all kinds of people to improve their physical and emotional health -Passionate about helping others, you will consistently deliver great customer care and exceptional service -A team player and a people person, you’ll enjoy working with others who share a passion for helping others move with agility, without restriction or pain -With great attention to detail, you’ll not only deliver excellent results for your customers, ensuring they return time and time again, you’ll also be tenacious about encouraging customers to return for follow up sessions with you to ensure they continue to thrive -Experience/qualifications with PNF or MET stretch methods is a bonus -You have your own personal liability insurance (if you don't have this, we can assist) Here’s what we’re looking for in our therapists: -Certified bodywork experience -Punctual and dependable -Exceptional communicators, fluent in written and spoken English -Driven and self motivated -A people person who easily builds trust with their clients and colleagues -Is eligible to work in the UK -Lives within commuting distance to our studio in Islington, London -People who are happy to assist with other studio duties whilst not actively stretching customers Apply on our website here... https://www.stretchlife.com/join-our-team Our studio opens in July, we'll run the training course in June with pre-launch events in June.
