We are looking for an overseas trained senior physio to join our team. We will sponsor you - we require a 2 year contract minimum. Minimun 4 years exp in MSK physio Reformer Pilates 30 years in this area serving our community. Our motto is to give a good care and we do care for our therapist and patients. About Us: Our team has 6 physios atm, massage therapist and 2 reformer pilates instructors. Kanwal is 1 hour and 30 mins from Sydney, we are close to the beach, hikes, great waves, snorkelling and we are generous to allow holidays for overseas staff. Total Physio Centres is a leading, patient-centred physiotherapy clinic located in Kanwal, Central Coast NSW. We combine evidence-based care, a warm supportive team culture, and professional growth opportunities. We treat musculoskeletal, sports and post-surgical services to name a few, and we’re growing fast. What you will do: Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans for a diverse caseload (MSK, post-op, sports rehab). Deliver manual therapy, exercise prescription, patient education, rehabilitation programs. Monitor, document progress, adapt treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and other external health providers (instructors, specialists, GPs, etc.). Mentor or support junior staff (if interested). Participate in quality improvement, case review sessions, and professional development initiatives. Who you are: Essentials: Registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA, and SIRA approved in NSW Minimum 5 plus years of clinical experience in private practice or similar. Excellent interpersonal, communication and patient rapport skills. Strong clinical reasoning, flexibility in approach, evidence-based orientation. Team player, motivated, reliability, with a desire to grow. Desirable: Experience / interest in dry needling, Pilates, sports rehab. Experience mentoring/junior supervision.
