Hi I wish to apply for the post of staff grade physiotherapist. Please find the enclosed copy of my CV. I am a 2017 graduate from Rajiv Gandhi University of health sciences Bangalore, where I have achieved a bachelor of physiotherapy degree with first class grade. During my physiotherapy degree, I was fortunate to gain experience in the Alva’s health center and physiotherapy OPD where I worked in the orthopedic, neuro, pediatrics Unit.
I have 7 years of postgraduate experience as a full time physiotherapist at AJ hospital and research center Mangalore (2017-2020) where I was responsible for treating patients in MICU, SICU, burns unit, post-operative wards, intensive cardiothoracic unit, OPD and wards. In AJ hospital I mainly treated conservative and post-operative rehabilitation of conditions of shoulder and knee like ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair, MPFL repair, rotator cuff repair, bankart repair, labrum repair and soft tissue injuries like impingement, tendinopathies, bursitis, dislocations . I even worked in a district disability rehabilitation centre managed by Lions limb center Wenlock hospital Mangalore (Feb-2020-Nov-2020) where I treated patients with various physical disabilities like amputation, congenital deformities. Currently I am working in NPCDCS Dakshina Kannada unit in the government district Wenlock hospital from 1-DEC-2020 here IM treating the neurological conditions like stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury in ICU, ward and OPD setup
