Dear Sir/Madam I am an incredibly dedicated and passionate, UK based physiotherapist, bringing over 5 years’ experience from working in different cultures in MSK, neuro rehab, orthopaedics, sports injuries, amputee rehab, and many other areas. I have experience working in pain clinics, MSK, paediatrics, neuro rehab, with multiple of pathologies including pelvic and pregnancy related pain. Additionally, prior to my qualification as a physiotherapist I worked in strength and conditioning, and in sports therapy for athletics for Cambridge University and amputee rehab working with sprinters. I am really incredibly passionate about all facets of rehab, believing in a holistic approach but most notably MSK, neuro, and pain rehab, with a particular interest in pain science, having worked previously within pain clinics. I have a BSc in Sport Science and a MSc in Physiotherapy, completing post graduate qualifications in sports massage therapy level 3 and 4, Mulligans mobilisations, Spinal Manipulation, taping and APPI (Pilates Matwork), and training on pelvic health. I have lots of experience managing my own caseload and admin for all patients, having used a variety of different online and written systems, and strong computer skills, which I have used previously for admin at work and creating travel videos for friends. I have a full clean UK driver’s license, and English is my first language. Outside of work I am a fitness enthusiast, really enjoy socialising, adventurous activities, trekking and swimming. I am really passionate about relocating to work as a physiotherapist, as I look to experience something new, offer my skills and learn new ones. I currently don’t have the registration to work as a physiotherapist in the Cayman Islands, but I have studied and filled out the necessary CPAM application forms, but have not sent them off while I look at job opportunities. Other than the acupuncture I feel I would meet the criteria well for this role and will strive to complete the course as soon as I can. I am really enthusiastic and keen to offer the skills I can to this role, particularly from my experience of working within pain clinic, neuro, MSK and sports rehab, I would be able to offer a lot in return to your practice.
