For last one year I am working in world's largest refugee camp (Rohingya camp,Banglades) as a Rehabilitation Officer (Physiotherapist). As part of my duty I
1.Assessment, treatment plan making and provision of functional rehabilitation services and follow up to the persons with disabilities at Balukhali 2/2 FDMNs(Forcibly Displaced Myanmar Nationals) camps
2.Assisstve device assessment ,measurement and train the beneficiaries with assisstive device,train the beneficiaries and their family members about maintenance of the device ;
3.Care giver training ;
4.Advice about modification of home for accessibility and inclusion
Internal: As a member of comprehensive team;referring benefeciaries to the other members of the team (basic medical service, occupational therapist,psychosocial counseling,visual assessment,hearing assessment)
External : Reffer the beneficiaries to other health service providing organisation
Regular follow up of referral
6.Documentation: Registration of the beneficiaries through Tablet app (Magpie) ,session and progression note,Bi weekly case file and monthly
I have completed my bachelor of physiotherapy (BPT) from a reputed Institute of Bangladesh, National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedic Rehabilitation (NITOR).
In my internship period I have worked with a number of varieties of patients with various conditions including post traumatic injuries (fractures,burns) musculoskeletal,neurological, congenital,developmental, age related conditions.
I have experience working with children with disabilities.
I am really an enthusiastic person who has a passion to do something for making the world better for the person with disabilities and patients suffering from injuries and illness.
