Pro-Form Physio & Fitness is a small private physiotherapy company in South East London (Bexleyheath). We're highly driven, professional and customer focused with the aim of providing excellent care to our clients. We are excited to offer the right individual the opportunity to join the team at our Bexleyheath branch. The ideal candidate will have confidence, empathy, good communication and customer service skills, be highly skilled with good hands-on techniques, and able to work independently. A wide range of experience in MSK physiotherapy and previous experience in private practice would be advantageous. The role would suit someone looking for additional flexible hours alongside employment or for individuals looking to gain more experience in private practice. Within the role you will be responsible for independently managing your patient case load including providing thorough assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Treatments will involve empowering patients to achieve their goals, maximise independence whilst facilitating their progress with a variety of manual therapy techniques to aid recovery. • You will join the team as a Self-employed associate. • The part time hours available are: Mondays (all day/evening), Wednesdays (all day/evening), Thursday evenings (anytime from 3-8pm), Friday afternoons/evenings (anytime from 2:00pm - 8:00pm) and Saturdays (anytime from 8:00am - 6:00pm). • A Minimum of 3-4 hours - maximum of 20 hours available per week. Additional hours may be available depending on clinic demand. Essential Qualifications • Full membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP) • BSc (hons) Physiotherapy of 2:2 or higher • Full HCPC membership • Valid Professional Indemnity Insurance • well spoken English, UK based experience Candidates interested in this position must have a minimum of 2 years experience in MSK physiotherapy and be band 6 equivalent. Private practice experience would be advantageous but training will be provided. Additional qualifications such as acupuncture, cupping, sports massage and Pilates would be beneficial but not essential. Benefits: • % based pay or hourly rate options with earning potential up to £60.00 per hour. • Flexible working hours. • Good administrative support. • Training allowance for CPD work and regular supervisions and CPD as required.
