We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated self-employed physiotherapist to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a friendly team, in a fast-paced environment with a varied caseload and contribute to the well-being and recovery of our patients. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' conditions, medical histories, and treatment goals. - Develop customized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals. - Provide skilled manual therapy treatments and exercises to improve and restore patients' physical function. - Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. - Educate patients on injury prevention techniques and self-management strategies. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with professional standards and regulations. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the practice to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Stay informed about the latest developments and advancements in physiotherapy through continuous professional development. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. - Current HCPC license to practice as a physiotherapist. - Proven experience as a physiotherapist in a private practice or clinical setting is preferred. - Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, assessment techniques and treatment modalities. - Excellent manual therapy skills and proficiency in therapeutic massage. Good understanding of rehabilitation through exercise. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with patients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. - Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a demanding caseload with a high level of professionalism. - Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and achieving positive outcomes. Working Conditions: - This position offers flexible working hours and the freedom to work as a self-employed contractor. - The private practice operates during regular business hours, evenings and Saturdays to accommodate patient needs. - The practice is equipped with modern facilities and equipment including a state of the art rehabilitation gym, to support your treatment sessions. - Competitive remuneration will be offered on a fee-for-service basis, commensurate with experience and caseload.
